The room included a spacious walk-in closet and a mini-bar stocked with complimentary beverages. I appreciated the daily turndown service that included fresh towels and chocolates. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The concierge provided detailed directions and helpful suggestions for local attractions.

The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours. I sometimes waited a couple of minutes.

Really good Experience!

helpful staff rooftop terrace great dinner amazing assistance

I TRULY enjoyed my time. The front desk staff helped a lot with navigating the city. I had a GREAT dinner at the restaurant, AND I especially liked the rooftop terrace. The concierge provided amazing assistance with reservations.

There WAS a SLIGHT delay in getting extra towels one evening, though it was quickly resolved.

The staff was friendly, and i loved how ready they were to help anytime. the beautiful room was very spacious. It was very clean, which i loved! location was great. I was close to the cathedral and alcazar.
